Cancellation Policy

We look forward to having you and your dog join our community. To ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone, please review our class policies below: Registration & Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit ensures we can keep class sizes small for personalized attention. The remaining balance is due prior to the first session. Vaccination Requirements: For the safety of all participants, all dogs must be up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations (Distemper/ Parvo, Rabies etc). Requirement: A digital copy or photo of your dogs records must be submitted via email at least 48 hrs before class. Leash Policy: All dogs must arrive and remain on a standard 4-6 ft leash. Please avoid using retractable leashes during class Health & Wellness: If your dog is showing ANY signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, upset stomach etc. ) please keep them home. Contact us to discuss make up options or for material you have missed. Behavioral Note: Group Classes are designed for social learning. If your dog displays extreme reactivity or aggression towards humans and other dogs, we will suggest transitioning to private coaching lessons. What to bring: small treats, some of the dogs kibble and a positive attitude: ready to learn and bond with your pup
